Priority Registration
If you would like the opportunity to become a part of the luxury, convenience and charm of Granada Park, sign up for our priority registration list.
Signing the Reservation Agreement and paying a refundable deposit will place your name on our Priority List. Positions on the Priority List shall be determined by the order in which reservation agreements and deposits are accepted by the Developer, with earlier reservation agreements and deposits having priority. After the Developer's acceptance of your reservation agreement and deposit, you will be informed of your place on the Priority List.
There is a $2,500 deposit for each townhouse condominium unit and condominium flat unit, and a $5,000 deposit for each single-family home site you wish to reserve. Prospective buyers are limited to a maximum of two units each (one townhouse/ flat condominium unit and one single family home).
Based on your position on our Priority List, you will
have priority in selecting your unit from the 13 units
that will be part of our first phase of construction.
We expect to have these first units in Granada Park
ready for selection in September of 2004. Once we have
the units available for selection, we will notify you
and give you the opportunity to reserve a specific unit.
Once we notify you of the availability of units for selection, you will have a period of five days in which to select the unit that you wish to purchase. Such selection will reserve for you the right to sign a binding Contract to purchase the unit you have selected when we present the Contract to you for signature.

If you and another person on the Priority List select the same unit, the order of your respective positions on the Priority List will determine who gets first choice.
If you decide not to select a unit, we may terminate the Reservation Agreement and remove your name from the Priority List. In that case, your deposit will be refunded promptly to you.
Once we submit the Contract to you for your signature, we will also provide you a copy of the Granada Park Condominium by-laws and all other documents that we are required to give you by the Florida Condominium Act. You will have 10 days from receipt of the Contract to sign the Contract and deposit 10% of the purchase price of the unit you have selected for purchase. If you do not execute the Contract and deliver the Contract to us within 10 days, we may terminate the Reservation Agreement. In that case, your deposit will be refunded promptly to you, and neither you nor we will have any further rights or obligations under the Reservation Agreement.
You will have fifteen (15) days after signing the Contract to review these by-laws and other legal documents. Fifteen (15) days after you sign the Contract you will be required to deposit an additional 10% of the purchase price. Upon receipt of your final 10% deposit all of your deposits will become non-refundable. If you do not pay the additional 10% deposit we may terminate the Contract.

In that case, all of your deposits will be refunded promptly to you, and neither you nor we will have any further rights or obligations under the Contract or the Reservation Agreement.
The balance on your unit purchase price will be payable pursuant to the terms of the Contract you sign.
Please read the attached Reservation Agreement for more details. Please note that two different Reservation Agreements are attached. The form titled “Reservation Agreement Granada Park Land Condominium” is for our luxury homes. The form titled “Reservation Agreement Granada Park, A Condominium” is for our luxury townhouse condominium units and condominium flats.
