A Concept Develops
While out walking one day back in 1997, a man spotted a for sale sign staked on a piece of property in his downtown Sarasota neighborhood. Hidden behind a hedge of overgrown bushes was a two-acre parcel of land bearing a house in a

state of disrepair. Realizing the land's development potential, he immediately put the property under contract and set about developing a concept for the project. He would create a place of timeless beauty: a nostalgic neighborhood that wood foster a sense of community. His vision resulted in an eight-home neo-traditional neighborhood called Lincoln Park.
